```Duties```
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Check identification to ensure customers are of legal drinking age
- Adhere to all relevant health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Monitor customer behavior and intervene as necessary to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment

- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for patrons
- Knowledge of various drink recipes and the ability to mix cocktails with precision
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for calculating bills, handling cash, and making change accurately
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient service
- Food handling knowledge to comply with health and safety regulations
- Sales skills to promote specials, upsell products, and increase revenue
- Catering experience is a plus for serving at events or private parties
- Banquet experience is beneficial for serving large groups of people

This position requires a high level of professionalism, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to providing exceptional service. Bartenders must also have the physical stamina to stand for long periods of time.
