Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Service Ops Associate to join our security business unit.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide the initial phone support for a specific group of national accounts
• Respond to customer-reported problems by phone (or email), determine the appropriate course of action and follow through to ensure resolution
• Coordinate projects to include scheduling, ordering equipment, communicating with onsite personnel, updating customer on status and ensuring work was done per scope

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• Experienced with Video, Alarm, and Access Control Systems

• 2 year college education
