Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales professional to join our team. As a Sales representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services to customers. Your goal will be to meet or exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Provide sales support by assisting customers with product selection, answering inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns
- Conduct sales transactions accurately and efficiently, utilizing retail math skills
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals and maximize profitability
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with Sales management to develop strategies for achieving sales targets
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are properly displayed and stocked
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional needs

Experience:
- Proven experience in Sales, preferably in a retail or dealership setting
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals
- Proficient in retail math calculations
- Self-motivated with a drive for achieving sales targets
