Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Pantry Chef to join our team. As a Pantry Chef, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and presentation of food items in our kitchen. Duties:
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and marinating meats

- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation and timely service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pantry area
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Assist in menu planning and contribute ideas for new dishes
Skills:
- Strong culinary skills with a focus on food safety and proper handling techniques
- Knowledge of menu planning and ability to create appealing presentations
- Proficient in food preparation techniques, including cutting, slicing, and dicing
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient workflow in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required
- Willingness to learn and take direction from senior kitchen staff
