Shore United Bank is Hiring a Digital Banking Specialist Near Easton, MD
Shore United Bank is seeking a Digital Banking Specialist to join our team. The Digital Banking Specialist is responsible for performing a variety of duties to support the digital banking operations function. Additional responsibilities are as follows:
Essential Functions
- Process ATM card orders and prepare necessary documentation to ensure that the card is properly routed.
- Maintain accurate records on ATM cards; research record keeping errors and facilitate corrections.
- Coordinate balancing of Switch reports, communication with management and with data processing, etc.
- Assist with processing of various customer ACH transactions that are electronically received.
- Assist with the approving of pending account additions to customer’s online banking profiles.
- Approve online banking applications after appropriate training.
- Respond and fulfill customers messages in online banking. Resolve customer questions/issues and unlock customer’s online banking profiles as needed.
- Assist with uncomplicated Online Banking bill pay issues for customers.
- Enter and prove wires into DirectLine Wires (domestic & international).
- Accountable for assigned reports from within Online Banking.
- Process ACH returns and NOC’s via Federal Reserve.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
- This is a full-time non-exempt position, Monday through Friday.
Required Education and Experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Prior experience in a customer service or clerical role
