We are seeking a skilled and experienced General Maintenance worker to join our team. As a General Maintenance worker, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of our facilities. If you have a strong mechanical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently, we encourage you to apply.

Candidate must have general labor experience, as the position includes a variety of jobs. The ideal candidate would be familiar with construction procedures, warehouse operations, plumbing, electrical work, etc.

General Knowledge of:
Equipment operation and hand/power tools

Filling out inspection/safety logs

General labor for building renovations

Plumbing

Electrical

Driving snowplows

Landscaping

Other duties as needed

Skills:
- Proficient in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices and procedures
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
