Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sponsorship Manager to join our team as a part-time employee. As a Sponsorship Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with sponsors, negotiating sponsorship agreements, and ensuring the successful execution of sponsorship programs. This is a key role in our organization, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about sales, business development, and building strong partnerships.

Duties:
- Identify and target potential sponsors to secure new partnerships
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to introduce our sponsorship opportunities
- Develop customized sponsorship proposals based on the needs of potential sponsors
- Negotiate sponsorship agreements and contracts
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of sponsorship programs
- Monitor and track sponsorship performance metrics
- Provide regular reports on sponsorship activities and results

Experience:
- Proven experience in inside sales or business development
- Strong negotiation skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with sponsors
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify potential sponsorship opportunities
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25,000.00 - $30,000.00 per year
