Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Meat Cutter to join our team in the food industry. As a Meat Cutter, you will play a crucial role in preparing and packaging various cuts of meat for our customers. Responsibilities:
- Cut, trim, and portion different types of meat according to customer specifications
- Prepare and package meat products for display and sale
- Ensure proper storage and handling of meat products to maintain freshness and quality
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to prevent cross-contamination
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cutting area and equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their meat selection and answering any questions they may have
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Meat Cutter in a restaurant or food industry setting
- Strong knowledge of different cuts of meat and their uses
- Proficient knife skills and ability to handle sharp tools safely
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers in a friendly manner
