ShoeCarnival is Hiring a Loyalty Manager Near Fort Mill, SC

Are you passionate about customers and like spearheading customer growth through engaging customer loyalty programs? Would you like to have the power to impact change and know that you are valued?

Join our Shoe Carnival and Shoe Station Marketing team at our South Corporate Headquarters in Fort Mills, SC. This position will report to the corporate office on Monday through Thursday and work remotely on Friday from home.

Summary:

The Loyalty Manager is responsible for developing, scaling, and maintaining the Shoe Carnival Loyalty Program, Shoe Perks. They'll provide leadership and expertise to execute strategies that drive member growth and value in alignment with overall business strategy and goals.

  • Oversees the daily management and administration of the loyalty program and the execution of existing initiatives.
  • Plans, develops, and executes loyalty member programs, events, promotions, and campaigns.
  • Reports and analyzes program, campaign, and promotion effectiveness and clearly communicates results to draw actionable insights and facilitate sound decision making on next steps.
  • Strategizes, develops, and tests new loyalty features, promotions, and benefits that drive member adoption, spend, and engagement.
  • Assesses the financial impact of the introduction of new program benefits that drive loyalty.
  • Leads the successful rollout of new features and benefits across all customer touch points.
  • Works collaboratively with cross-functional teams to manage all program communications and customer experience.
  • Utilizes market research, customer feedback, program performance data, and the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities that deliver a world class loyalty experience.
  • Creates training materials for Customer Service and Store Ops teams to assist with customer questions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Business to Customer loyalty and CRM marketing experience for an omnichannel retailer preferred.
  • Experience working with Loyalty Management Platforms (e.g., CrowdTwist, SessionM, Salesforce, etc.) preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to leverage business and technical insight.
  • Strong ability to analyze, identify, and understand critical issues and information to make informed business decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle various tasks simultaneously under multiple deadlines.
  • A positive attitude and a great sense of humor that relates to our fun-loving brand is a plus.
