We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their purchasing decisions. This position requires excellent communication skills, product knowledge, and a passion for delivering an outstanding shopping experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information and demonstrate features and benefits
- Assist customers in finding the right products to meet their needs
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
Qualifications:
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Proficient in phone etiquette and handling customer inquiries over the phone
- Organizational skills to maintain accurate inventory records
- Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating discounts or promotions
