Shodair is looking for a Clinical Geneticist to join on amazing team! The Clinical Geneticist is involved in evaluation, diagnosis, and management of patients from preconception through adulthood for genetic or hereditary conditions. The Clinical Geneticist collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to provide personalized care, genetic counseling, and guidance to individuals and families affected by genetic conditions.

The ideal candidate is someone who:

• Can perform clinical assessments thoroughly.
• Can provide genetic counseling to patients and their families with compassion and understanding.
• Can accurately diagnose genetic disorders.
• Can order and interpret genetic tests to aid in diagnosis.
• Is a collaborative team member.
• Maintains timely and accurate documentation.
• Can travel throughout the state of Montana to provide excellent care to our communities.

Requirements

Required- Possession of an MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school. Physician license to practice in Montana. Board certified or board eligible in Medical Genetics (ABMGG). Criminal background check. Valid driver's license is required.
