Job Type: Full Time
Pay Rate:
- Day shift (6am-4:30pm): $17/hour
- Night shift (7pm-5:30am): $18/hour
- 10-hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Quarterly attendance bonus
- Referral bonus
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Ability to understand a technical drawing.
- Ability in basic arithmetic.
- Willingness to learn basic measurement techniques (ruler, floor tape, calipers, micrometer, gauges).
- Willingness to learn how to use equipment such as an electrical hi-pot tester, pull-tester, torque analyzer, digital camera, torque wrench/screwdriver.
- Attention to detail, ability to detect variation and non-conformances in parts.
- Recording results, completing Quality documentation accurately, managing paperwork.
- Basic computer skills, data entry, digital file management.
- Be used to working in a team setting, be able to follow instructions, display initiative, and have good verbal communication skills.
- Repetitive motion in all areas
- Standing 10 hours a day (some standing in one spot for 10 hrs)
- Bending, twisting, stooping, reaching above head
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. (depending on department)
