Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced warehouse supervisor to manage and oversee all warehouse activities, ensure efficient processes, and maximize warehouse productivity. The warehouse supervisor's responsibilities include supervising employees, coordinating logistical processes, ensuring the quality of goods, and preparing relevant documentation.

Main Responsibilities

• daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and internal/external customer service
• and oversee warehouse team, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime
• equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance when necessary
• regularly with warehouse personnel to analyze productivity and develop actionable plans for loss prevention
• and manage logistics for transporting products to customers and company facilities, communicating with drivers and freight partners to ensure efficient delivery of materials and equipment
• warehouse and team goals in collaboration with all levels of management
• warehouse practices and protocols to achieve an efficient warehouse

Skills and Qualification

• or Associate Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field (Required)
• in a regulated industry (Preferred) Medical device, Pharma, Biotech etc.
• working with ERP programs (SAP Strongly Preferred)
• time management and organization skills
• have strong communication skills
• ability to develop effective long-term strategies to support business plans
• ability to work cross functional
• Project Management skills
• in MS Office tools, word processing, and excel
• solving and analytical skills
• leadership skills, including the abilities to set goals, motivate and manage conflict
