Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Specialist to join our team. As an E-commerce Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online sales channels. Duties:
- Manage and update product listings on various e-commerce platforms
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock availability
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Create and implement effective marketing strategies to drive online sales
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging content for product descriptions, blogs, and social media posts
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving any issues
- Analyze sales data and generate reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce

Skills:
- Previous experience in jewelry sales or a similar retail environment is preferred
- Ability to conduct product demos and provide detailed information about our products
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Strong basic math skills for inventory management and financial calculations
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems for processing transactions
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable
- Cash handling experience is a plus
- Knowledge of market trends and consumer preferences
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
