We are seeking a friendly, knowledgeable and engaging Full-Time Yard Associate for our Sheridan, WY store.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding, knowledgeable customer service regarding feed and ranch products.
• Safely operate a forklift to organize merchandise in the yard area. and load merchandise into customer vehicles.
• Safely unload freight trucks.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Maintain a clean and organized yard area.

Job Requirements:

• Must have the ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers through normal social skills.
• Must be able to read, write and interpret basic information.
• Must have basic math skills.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, reach, lift up to 50 pounds and stand for an extended period of time.
• Must be able to work with and around the products we carry including feed, seed, poultry (chickens, ducks, geese and the like) or small animals.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Computer skills with the ability to search the internet.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and a drug and alcohol test.
• Must be forklift certified or have the ability to be forklift certified.
