We are searching for an energetic and motivated team member to join our warehouse team as the Wholesale Supervisor.
Our Wholesale Supervisor oversees the daily operation of our wholesale division, managing inventory and the timely shipping of all order. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional with a can-do attitude and an ability to work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion and being proactive in finding new and effective ways to achieve better results.
Responsibilities:
- Maintains up to date records on New, In Progress, Invoice and Completed wholesale orders
- Pick wholesale orders, scan product out in 3PL and complete ALL wholesale orders in a timely fashion
- Prioritizes work and orders to meet team needs
- Communicates with internal team members on all wholesale orders
- Supervises warehouse associates assigned to assist in wholesale
- Works closely with Assistant Warehouse Manager on labels for various wholesale orders AND Warehouse Label Lead to complete labeling process
- Responsible for financial accounting of all wholesale orders
- Ensures all UPS, FedEx Ground, FedEx Express is picked up daily
- Manages receipt of inbound packages
