Shinymaids is actively seeking self-employed, experienced cleaning contractors in Denver and surrounding areas to join our team. If you have a minimum of 2 years of paid residential house cleaning experience, we invite you to consider the following opportunities:
- Work independently or as part of a two-person team, allowing you the flexibility to create your own schedule.
- Earn 50% of the total booking, in addition to keeping 100% of your tips.
- Enjoy a flexible cleaning schedule between 9 a.m. and 5p.m., Monday through Friday & 9 am - 1pm Saturday. Choose the days and hours that suit you best.
Your reliability and enthusiasm are key to our mutual success. We pay weekly and are committed to doing everything within our means to ensure your fulfillment and success.
Responsibilities:
- Perform residential house cleaning services, including Deep Cleans, Recurring Cleans, Move in/out cleans, and short-term rental property cleans. Many homes will have pets.
- Provide your own cleaning supplies.
- Clean dog crates, bowls, and beds as part of the cleaning duties.
- Demonstrate effective communication through email and phone.
- Have a reliable form of transportation.
- In addition to cleaning, responsibilities may include washing dishes, organizing, and making beds. Cleaners will be paid extra for these additional duties.
This part-time position has the potential to transition to full-time after one month of dedicated work.
