Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Construction Laborer to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will assist in various construction projects, performing a range of tasks to support the completion of projects on time and within budget. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Duties:
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites
- Perform general labor tasks, such as digging trenches, carrying materials, and operating hand and power tools
- Assist with the installation of electrical systems, including wiring and fixtures
- Support construction estimators by providing accurate measurements and quantities for project estimates
- Operate heavy equipment, such as excavators or bulldozers, as needed
- Read and interpret construction schematics and blueprints
- Assist with masonry work, including mixing mortar, laying bricks or stones, and applying plaster or stucco
- Perform concrete finishing tasks, such as pouring and leveling concrete
- Conduct construction inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Hang doors and install hardware

Skills:
- Proficiency in electrical work, including wiring and fixture installation
- Knowledge of construction estimating principles and techniques
- Experience operating heavy equipment, such as excavators or bulldozers
- Ability to read and interpret construction schematics and blueprints
- Familiarity with masonry techniques, including mixing mortar, laying bricks or stones, and applying plaster or stucco
- Concrete finishing skills, including pouring and leveling concrete
- Understanding of construction inspection processes to ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Experience in door hanging and hardware installation
