Facility in need of a APRN that can provide "medical oversight" to a Residential Facility as the Attending Provider.

- See the patient at admission and then virtual follow up visits bi-weekly or weekly.

- Provide advanced nursing care to patients in Residential Treatment setting

- Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans

- Make treatment recommendations in accordance with the Behavioral Health setting.

- Prescribe medications to residents when needed.

- Conduct physical examinations and order diagnostic tests as needed

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to coordinate patient care

- Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and preventive measures when needed.

This position requires a valid Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license. Candidates must have completed an accredited nurse practitioner or clinical nurse specialist program. Additional requirements may include:

• - Master's degree in nursing or related field (DNP/APRN/FNP, etc.)
• - Current CPR certification
• - DEA
