We are seeking focused, energetic, and driven Sales Representatives to join our team!

About the Position:

You will be provided qualified, preset & confirmed appointments from our marketing team to meet with homeowners to demonstrate our products & services. Our proven selling process enables you to convert these potential clients into satisfied customers allowing you to earn high level compensation.

What You’ll Do:

• Meet with prospective clients, develop a friendly & conversational relationship
• Assess their needs & provide solutions
• Provide engaging demonstrations of our product and services to turn prospects into customers
• Ensure an outstanding customer service experience from beginning to end
• Effectively communicate with team members about your leads and sold jobs
• Turn in all required documents on sales transactions to production

Qualifications/ Requirements:

• Prior In-Home Sales Experience (Preferred)
• Clean Driving Record & Background Check
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Ability to climb ladders & access roofs
• Extremely motivated to achieve individual & company goals
• Organized, detail-oriented, able to meet deadlines
• Strong work ethic and personal accountability
• Proficient in listening, verbal, and written communication skills
• Proficient in computer skills

Compensation / Benefits:

Full-time, Commission

Pay: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
