**Job Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment for our clients. This role involves various cleaning tasks in both residential and commercial settings. **Duties:** - Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sweeping - Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas - Wash, fold, and put away laundry - Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces - Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly - Follow specific instructions for cleaning different surfaces and materials - Notify management of any damages or repairs needed **Requirements:** - Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred - Knowledge of various cleaning techniques and products - Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision - Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks - Physical stamina to stand, bend, kneel, and lift heavy objects as needed - Strong communication skills to interact with clients effectively Nice-to-have Skills: - Carpet cleaning experience - Familiarity with floor care maintenance - Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial services - Basic cooking skills for occasional meal preparation - Understanding of housekeeping management practices This position offers a competitive salary based on experience and provides opportunities for growth within the company.
