Come join a fast growing professional company in beautiful Southwest Florida. Shine Lighting is looking for a motivated, detail oriented, and quality conscious individual to join the Shine team to lead our light crew installing custom outdoor dcor and lighting.

Job Description

• Read daily work orders to ensure the team has all the equipment and supplies needed for the day's work.
• Notify customers when the team will be arriving and be the contact with them on a jobsite.
• Lead the team in installing, maintaining when necessary, and teardown of outdoor dcor on residential and commercial properties.
• Maintain quality of installation, ensure all lighting is on and working correctly, conduct post-job inspection to verify property is clean and all equipment is picked up and stored before leaving jobsite.
• Keep track of job hours, supplies used, and other information needed to complete each job.
• Keep supply inventory and be able to communicate information to management.

Qualifications

• Must like to work with others in a team environment
• Must want to work in a leadership capacity
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must be able to work on Saturday's
• Must be able to lift and carry a ladder-up to 30 pounds
• Must not be afraid of heights
• Must be able to work outside
• General electrical knowledge is helpful, but not necessary
