Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Inventory Associate. As an Inventory Associate, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining accurate inventory levels to support our operations. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy
- Track and monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the procurement team to ensure optimal stock levels
- Generate reports on inventory performance and report discrepancies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory processes
- Assist in the development and implementation of inventory management strategies
Skills & Requirements:
- A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.
- Proficiency in Excel
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Team player attitude
