Shine Bright Social Services, LLC is a small business in Bakersfield, CA. We are professional, agile and our goal is to Shine Bright is an organization committed to enhancing the quality of life for individuals with intellectual disabilities, their family units, and the support team serving them. Shine Bright was created to provide supported living to people with physical, developmental and intellectual disabilities. We utilize individual service plans to provide training to enhance skill development, promote independence and increase community inclusion..

We are currently seeking staff for the Bakersfield, Taft and Tehachapi areas to work with individuals with developmental disabilities teaching them independent living skills. All positions require a valid CDL, car with current CA registration and insurance (the applicant must be listed as a driver on the policy), ability to pass a background clearance, ability to pass a drug screen, Spanish speaking is a plus but is not required.
