Shiloh Industries is Hiring a Production Team Lead - 2nd Shift (FT) Near Galesburg, MI
- Gauge first piece as quality requires per line.
- Pull cut & etch parts for the quality lab and coordinated efforts in the event of a failure.
- Perform required quality checks.
- Alert tugger/ fork lift driver if raw material supply is running low.
- Initiates escalation issues to appropriate personnel in Teams.
- Train and assist team members in PLEX.
- Train operators to SWI.
- Able to run all equipment on assigned line through breaks and lunch if needed.
- Troubleshoot equipment / clear faults through HMI.
- Monitor and change wire barrels as needed.
- Review TPM daily.
- Change consumables (per Team Leader SWI ).
- Ensures that safety and 5S housekeeping standards are followed.
- Monitor production equipment. Create work orders for equipment repairs(PLEX).
- Disposition of non-conforming material ( Scrap ).
- Changeovers.
- Lead daily start up meeting.
- Shift Pass down / daily line walk.
- Report shift production.
- Validate Daily Production numbers and Downtime in PLEX.
