As a Packer, you will contribute significantly to the manufacturing process by preparing boxes, loading products, and ensuring efficient, quality-oriented production.

Key Responsibilities :

• Safety Compliance : Maintain a clean and safe workspace, follow all safety protocols, and utilize required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) correctly.
• Quality Control : Inspect products for defects, maintain quality standards, and communicate any issues to supervisory staff.
• Production Efficiency : Build and fill boxes at required speeds to support continuous production, manage product palletization, and assist in operational procedures.
• Housekeeping : Keep the production area and equipment clean and orderly.
• Operational Support : Aid operators in routine tasks and help achieve team production targets, performing additional duties as needed.

Required Qualifications :

• Education : High school diploma preferred.
• Experience : Experience in packing or manufacturing roles is advantageous.
• Physical Requirements : Ability to stand most of a 12-hour shift, lift up to 40 pounds, and perform frequent movements.
• Skills : Excellent coordination, strong attention to detail, and ability to work well in a team.
• Certifications : Ready to complete safety training and wear all necessary PPE.
