Position Description : Opportunity Overview :

We are partnering with a renowned manufacturing firm that is looking for dedicated Production Associates to join their team as they expand their operations.

This position is crucial for the efficient handling and organization of products at the end of the production line. Ideal candidates are those who excel in fast-paced environments and are detail-oriented with strong physical stamina.

Role Responsibilities :

• Material Handling : Efficiently stack and organize products at the end of the production line to ensure they are ready for the next phase of the manufacturing process or for shipping.
• Quality Assurance : Conduct visual inspections of products to ensure they meet quality standards before stacking.
• Machine Operation : Operate and monitor equipment that facilitates the stacking process, ensuring products are handled safely and effectively.
• Safety Compliance : Adhere to all safety policies and practices, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and ensuring that machine guards and safety features are functional.
• Workplace Maintenance : Keep the stacking area neat and clean, adhering to the companys Housekeeping Policy.
• Documentation : Accurately record production quantities and times, ensuring that any discrepancies or issues are reported to supervision.

Candidate Qualifications :

• Physical Requirements : Ability to stand for extended periods (12-hour shifts) and perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Experience : Previous experience in a production or warehouse setting is preferred, especially in a stacking role.
• Skills : Good coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to follow strict safety and quality protocols.
• Work Schedule : Willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, typically involving 3 or 4 consecutive workdays followed by several days off.
• Certifications : Willingness and ability to safely operate powered industrial equipment and pursue certification as a technician.

Preferred Qualifications :

• At least two years of experience in a production workspace.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and initiative.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety rules and regulations.
