- Core Duties:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Review resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate recruitment activities to ensure a seamless hiring process.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law and legislation relevant to the hiring process.
- Support Functions:
- Design job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements and responsibilities of roles.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job databases, social media, and professional networks.
- File and manage recruitment paperwork efficiently.
- Interpersonal Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and new hires.
- Work closely with department heads and management to identify future hiring needs and ensure alignment with staffing strategies.
- Technical and Administrative Tasks:
- Manage timekeeping for new recruits and existing staff.
- Travel periodically between Raleigh and Greensboro to meet recruitment needs and manage on-site recruitment activities.
- Flexibility for Role-Specific Tasks:
- Adapt recruitment strategies to meet the changing needs of the organization and the labor market.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the manufacturing sector; experience with full-cycle recruiting required.
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in using recruitment software and social media for hiring.
- Travel Requirements: Ability to travel periodically between Raleigh and Greensboro as needed.
- Proactive Communicator: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates and team members effectively.
- Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail in designing job descriptions, reviewing resumes, and managing paperwork.
- Adaptable: Flexible and capable of adjusting to the dynamic needs of a manufacturing environment and the broader job market.
- Compensation and Benefits: Salary range of $50,000 to $52,000 based on experience.
