Job Summary

The PubSec Federal Deputy Program Manager’s purpose will be to ensure the success of existing contracts by maintaining compliance standards, building operational efficiencies, and uncovering new areas of growth. The PubSec Federal Deputy Program Manager will act as a primary point of contact with their respective federal program office counterparts and represent SHI at program reviews and conferences. The position will provide training, guidance, and best practices to the sales organization and advise management and support staff to contractual and programmatic changes and trends. The PubSec Federal Deputy Program Manager will work closely with our Federal Data Analyst and Operations group to ensure internal reporting, policies, and systems meet program requirements and all contractual obligations are met.

The PubSec Federal Deputy Program Manage will report to the Sr. Manager of Federal Programs and is required to report into the SHI Somerset, NJ office location.

Responsibilities

Include but not limited to:

  • Ensure all contractually required reports and deliverables are accurate and submitted on time
  • Review and approve all contractual fee remittance including GSA IFF, NASA SEWP V, ESI, etc
  • Lead official program reviews both virtual and in person as with customers as required
  • Provide support to management and team for all internal and external audits
  • Participate in Sales Huddles, Global Sales Conference, and scheduled program management reviews with GSA, NASA SEWP, and Army ITES program offices to provide contract and program information
  • Coordinate new vendor and product additions to GSA, SEWP V, and ITES contracts
  • Review vendor GSA pricelists and modifications with consultant FedSched
  • Maintain and build GSA teaming relationships between SHI and Vendor/Distributor partners
  • Manage and maintain NASA SEWP V CHOP site including TR reviews, order status updates, CLIN files
  • Utilize BI reporting and third-party resources to maintain contract sales and quote performance metrics
  • Train sales staff on contract sales and compliance processes
  • Advise management on new compliance requirements and standards
  • Collaborate with the Federal team to onboard and standup new contracts and programs
  • Provide Microsoft VLSC/MSDN site admin support for GSA and ESI enrollments
  • Maintain Federal MySHI contract’s page and document repository

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience required

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in program management, sales, or other relevant position in the Federal marketplace
  • Familiarity with Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Government-Wide Acquisition Contracts (GWAC) including GSA, NASA SEWP, Army ITES
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Advanced Knowledge of Excel and Pivot Tables

Unique Requirements

  • 10% Travel is required for customer meetings

Additional Information

  • The estimated annual pay range for this position is $60,000 - $100,000. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
