CONTRACT:

 • Start of contract: 10/01/2022

 • Shift: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Mon-Fri

 • Pay Rate: Highly competitive salary to be discussed at interview

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, Speech Language Pathology OR Occupational Therapy and 7-10 years of experience, or equivalent.

• Active License.

• Ability to build rapport with mature patients.

• Strong manual therapy skills.

• Highly self-motivated and able to work autonomously.

• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ability to manage staff members

• Allocate resources throughout the organization

• Devise strategic growth plans and directing patient care

• Recruit, hire and train Speech Language Pathology, Physical and Occupational therapy staff

• Maintain federal and local regulations to ensure the facility follows them

• Develop departmental budgets and oversee financial matters

• Ability to evaluate plan, design, implement, and interpret physical therapy treatment program to aid patient recovery and achieve the optimal physical potential for the patient.
