Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative

Shetakis Wholesalers is a food distributor in North Las Vegas, NV seeking MOTIVATED and RELIABLE full-time support person. The successful candidates will bring a can-do attitude to our organization and will learn a wide range of new skills and systems. The successful candidate will have a high attention to detail and accuracy, while providing exceptional service to our customers and internal staff.

Job Description

• Performing a wide range of duties supporting our sales representatives and customers
• Enter customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Assist customers with any questions or concerns
• Maintain customer bid files
• Filing
• Resolve problems and execute follow-up
• Support sales staff.
• Work overtime as required including an occasional Sunday to fill in absences or time off requests.

Requirements

• PC Operation
• Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong personal and communication skills
• Fluent in English and Spanish a plus
• Be proficient in Data Entry
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with critical deadlines.
• Able to multi-task and work with minimal supervision
• Drug Free Workplace

Work Schedule

Currently hiring for the following shifts:

• Monday- Friday approximately 8:30 AM- 5 PM
• Sunday as needed.

Must be flexible, willing to work overtime.

Compensation

$14-$16 per hour DOE, salary progression commensurate with performance.
