Maintenance Technician

Duties:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment and machinery.

- Electrical, plumbing and carpentry skills are a plus.
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Respond to maintenance requests from various departments or customers.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.
- Fabricate or modify parts as necessary to complete repairs.

Experience:

- Previous experience in a maintenance role is required.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Diagnostic skills, excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers.

- Complete safety checks on systems and equipment.

- Pool maintenance

-Perform general maintenance tasks for the buildings such as window washing, painting and more.

- Respond to complete maintenance requests in a timely manner.

- Need to be able to prioritize tasks, and develop timelines for completing the work and organizing their time.

- Physical strength to lift, climbs ladders and carry heavy objects.

- Skilled in use of hand and power tools, such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills and wrenches.

- Experience performing routine maintenance.

- Strong organizational and follow up skills.

- Professional presentation and attitude.

- Ability to maintain focus while working individually.

- Must have high school diploma or equivalent.

- Have a valid California driver's license and be a legal resident of the United States.

- Possess good communications skills using the English language.
