We are seeking a skilled Dental Receptionist to join our team. As a Dental Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a dental office setting. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk and maintaining a positive experience for our patients.

Duties:
- Greet patients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using our dental office management system
- Verify patient insurance coverage and collect necessary information
- Maintain patient records and update information as needed
- Coordinate with dental assistants and hygienists to ensure efficient patient flow
- Handle patient inquiries, provide information, and address concerns or complaints
- Process payments and manage financial transactions
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to maintain patient confidentiality
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist preferred
- Familiarity with dental office procedures and terminology is a plus
- Proficiency in using dental office management software Dentrix or similar systems
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
