As a CNC Machine Operator, working with your team members, you will produce machined parts for our plasma cutting systems through machining, assembly, and packaging tasks in an assigned manufacturing area, using standard work instructions. • Immediate opportunity for advancement of pay in your first year starting hourly range is $20.90 - $23.10 / hour for 2nd shift Machine Operators. ($22.00/hour reflects achievement of Machine Operator II certification or for experienced Machine Operators, upon successful completion of an assessment)

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Comfort and interest in working with technology including, experience and familiarity using MS Office (Outlook/Excel) and Windows Operating Systems
• A positive attitude and willingness and interest to learn technical material
• Excitement about working with a team and within our collaborative ownership culture
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to follow and process instructions
• Basic math understanding (we will work with you and provide coaching!)
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work 2nd shift - Monday - Friday - 3:10 pm - 11:10 pm

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Comfort working in a manufacturing environment
• Standing for extended periods - 8-hour shifts
• Repetitive motion
• Fast-paced manufacturing environment
