Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Server to join our team at [Sheraton Suites ]. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Duties:

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner

- Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations on food and beverage options

- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly

- Serve food and beverages to guests with professionalism and attention to detail

- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in regularly, addressing any concerns or special requests

- Process payments accurately using cash registers or POS systems

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including setting up tables and refilling condiments

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders

- Assist with food preparation as needed

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Server or in a similar role preferred

- Knowledge of OpenTable or other reservation systems is a plus

- Proficient in cash handling procedures

- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is an advantage

- Strong communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Knowledge of food safety regulations is desirable

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
