We're looking for a courteous, detail-oriented maintenance engineer to provide our guests with a five-star experience. You'll be in charge of overseeing the property’s overall upkeep and carrying out routine processes to make it fully functioning, pleasurable, and safe. • Complete all work orders and fix maintenance problems promptly
• Tend to all of the hotel's equipment and conduct preventive maintenance routines
• Keep an open line of communication with other team members and staff
• Adhere to all engineering safety norms and procedures
• Assist other technicians and engineers with a variety of maintenance tasks in a collaborative manner

Qualifications:

• Driver’s license and clean driving record is mandatory
• Must have a high school diploma or the equivalent GED
• Must have strong organizational, communications, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to use web-based software, including facilities maintenance software preferred
• You will need 2-4 years of experience in a maintenance role
