The Sheraton Portsmouth Harborside Hotel is accepting applications for a Full-time Overnight Auditor/Front Desk Agent to join our Front Office Team at the Sheraton Portsmouth Harborside Hotel.

The Sheraton Portsmouth Harborside Hotel is located in the vibrant downtown of Portsmouth, New Hampshire, providing our guests with easy access to an exceptional culinary scene, historic and cultural attractions, and engaging outdoor activities - all within walking distance.

Our Overnight Auditor/Front Desk Agent role is a third shift position (11pm to 7am). This is a great opportunity for someone looking for overnight hours with days free.

Daily activities of the Overnight Auditor/Front Desk team include tasks such as the following:

• Facilitate check-in and check-out process for hotel guests
• Respond to guest requests in person and by phone in a timely manner.
• Perform accurate data entry according to company standards.
• Complete end of day balancing process.
• Reconcile, investigate and resolve variances in accounts.
• Maintain financial records according to company standards.

A successful candidate for our Overnight Auditor/Front Desk Agent position will have the ability to communicate effectively, a focus on follow-through and attention to detail, the ability to anticipate and problem-solve issues to create solutions and strong customer service skills.

Proficiency in basic math is required. Strong understanding of accounting practices and principles and experience with hotel property management systems is preferred.
