Delaware North Gaming is hiring full-time Housekeeping Supervisors to join our team at The Sheraton in Nashua, New Hampshire. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all rooms are cleaned and stocked with appropriate articles and amenities in accordance with hotel and franchise standards. Responsibilities 

• Oversee the housekeeping team members and ensure that all areas of the hotel are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards 
• Train and supervise housekeeping team members to certify that they are performing their duties effectively and efficiently 
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to confirm that all areas of the hotel are thoroughly cleaned on a regular basis 
• Conducts daily inspections of all areas cleaned by the Housekeeping Department including the guest rooms and public areas. Records all relevant information on the Housekeeping Inspection Report 
• Make sure that all safety protocols are adhered to and notify maintenance of any necessary repairs or maintenance work

Qualifications 

• Prior experience as a Housekeeper
• Strong supervisory skills
• Ability to train, lead, and motivate a team to achieve cleanliness standards
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks

Physical Requirements 

• Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for extended periods of time
• Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
