Job Summary:
Under the guidance of the Catering Manager, cleans, sanitizes and organizes the catering area. Prepares, organizes and delivers catering services in various facilities. Sets up the daily catering service for specific Food and Nutrition customers. Determines the weekly resources needed to support scheduled catering services. Follows standard procedures in the preparation and serving of food products to ensure food safety and service quality.
