Unit: Coastal Unit

• Patient Population: Young adults suffering from one or more psychiatric disorders

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform a full range of professional psychiatric nursing services, including assessing, planning, administering, and evaluating patient care in accordance with team treatment plans.
• Administer medical treatment as prescribed by physician.
• Teach and provide psychosocial support to patients and their families.
• Provide day-to-day clinical direction to assigned Mental Health Workers or other paraprofessional staff.
• Document and report patient progress to treatment team.

Qualifications:

• License: MD RN license or compact license
• Certification: BLS/CPR
• Experience: New graduates accepted
• Education: Associate degree in nursing

Shift: Full-Time, 40 hrs/week Day/Evening rotation every other weekend

Pay Scale: $32 hourly for new graduates, increases based on experience. Your recruiter will be able to review in more detail during your initial phone call.
