What to expect.

This is a direct care opportunity to help your clients, who may struggle with accessing standard care, meet their goals and ensure they receive the treatment they need.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Helping clients achieve their treatment goals in partnership with the treatment team.
  • Communicating and coordinating services with outside medical providers.
  • Overseeing medication management under the direction of the team prescriber.
  • Developing and maintaining professional relationships with clients, their support system, community agencies, and the Sheppard Pratt organization to provide comprehensive direct care.

What we need from you.

  • An associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing.
  • Possession of a valid license to practice nursing in the State of Maryland:
    • Registered Nurse (RN)
    • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • A driver’s license with 3-points or less and access to an insured vehicle.
