Our Vision and Mission
The Lighthouse Navigation Center, as part of Shepherd's House Ministries, exists to transform pain, fear and disconnection into safety, love, and belonging. We seek to create safe, welcoming, and inclusive environments that meet basic needs, allow for rest, promote health, nurture relationships, and illuminate pathways to restoration as individuals work towards personal well-being and sustainable livelihoods.
We assist unhoused individuals in Central Oregon by providing essential support for obtaining housing, documentation, resources and self-sufficiency. We facilitate connections to job training, employment, and assistance for mental, physical health, and substance abuse. Our onsite management and collaboration with resource providers and community partners ensure comprehensive aid. Operating two emergency shelters and two outreach programs, we service unhoused individuals across the region.
