The Opportunity
Temporary Part Time – 0.90 FTE – 70.0 hours biweekly
Hourly Rate of Pay: $18.00
Reporting to the Labour Relations and Human Resources Advisor, the Human Resources Assistant provides the Human Resources department with administrative and clerical support in the areas of data entry, documentation compilation, records and document management, digitization, and other administrative tasks as required. This position will operate out of Shepherd’s Care Millwoods Campus.
Consider applying if you are currently enrolled in or have graduated from a human resources, commerce or business administration program; can read, write, and speak English effectively; are proficient with MS Office Suite, Adobe and Outlook, and have strong organizational, interpersonal and project management skills. Prior experience in human resources role is considered an asset.
Note that, the successful applicant must provide a Vulnerable Sector Check (satisfactory to the employer).
