Shepherd of the Valley is Hiring a State Tested Nurses Aide (STNA) FT Day Near Poland, OH
Full-Time Day (7:00am-7:30pm)
Overview
The State Tested Nurse Aide (STNA) cares for residents in our nursing facilities under the direction of nursing and medical staff. Earn up to $11.05 plus an increase after 90 days and shift differential.

Responsibilities
Cares for residents in a nursing home, or other medical facility under the direction of nursing and medical staff.
Performs initial and ongoing comprehensive assessment of patients, caregivers/family to determine home care needs.
Cares for residents who need assistance or total care, and help with activities of daily living.
Gives excellent customer service to patients, families, visitors and staff.
Works in tandem with the nursing team, ensuring professionalism in all STNA duties.
Documents STNA care on flow sheets.
Performs routine rounds to ensure residents are safe, clean and comfortable.
Requirements
Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED or the required experience.
1-3 months of related experience and/or training OR equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
Must be a State Tested Nurse Aide (STNA) in Ohio.
Experience in Point Click Care is a plus.
