Shephard Beach Resort is Hiring a Maintenance Technician Near Clearwater, FL
Shephard's Beach Resort is currently hiring a Maintenance Technician/Handyman.
Ideal candidate will have basic knowledge in Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical, Painting and minor A/C. Will be self motivated and able to work in timely manner while maintaining quality workmanship. Must have 2 years experience w/good references. Hotel experience preferred but not required. Must be able to work days, nights, weekends and holidays, as needed.
Physical requirements include: Being able to endure long hours on your feet, pushing and pulling up to 75 lbs unassisted, lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs unassisted, lifting/reaching overhead and climbing ladders.
