Shepard Toyota in Rockland, Maine is searching for a Service Advisor to add to our successful team to help keep our customers satisfied and our community safe on the road. Having served our community for over 60 years our serviced department has earned a great reputation with a strong customer base.

We are in search of someone with great communication skills who is organized and can multi-task well. Duties include greeting our service customers, communicating repair and maintenance work from customers to technicians, scheduling service work in the shop, estimating and recommending repairs and handling other daily tasks. Prior experience not required but experience in the auto industry preferred. Must have valid driver’s license.
