Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Dance Instructor to join our team. As a Dance Instructor, you will have the opportunity to inspire and educate students of all ages in various dance styles. This is a rewarding position for individuals who are enthusiastic about dance and have a strong desire to share their knowledge and skills with others.

Duties:
- Develop and implement dance lesson plans that align with the needs and abilities of students
- Teach dance techniques, choreography, and routines to students
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help students improve their skills
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment for students
- Plan and organize dance performances, recitals, or showcases
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff members to coordinate schedules and events
- Ensure the safety of students during dance classes and rehearsals

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Dance Instructor or in a related role is preferred
- Knowledge of various dance styles such as ballet, jazz, tap, hip-hop, contemporary, etc.
- Experience working with students of different age groups, from preschool to adults
- Familiarity with classroom management techniques to maintain discipline and order during classes
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey instructions and provide feedback to students
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles is a plus
- Experience in curriculum development or creating lesson plans is an asset
- Background in theater, special education, childcare, or adult education is beneficial
