Shenanigans Irish Pub is Hiring a Dishwasher and Busser Near Dahlonega, GA

This job is located in Dahlonega, GA. Please understand the commute if you are applying from another city, everyone is welcome!

About You:

  • Experience is not needed, we will train you!

Upward mobility to prep or line cook if you have the right attitude and skillset.

Schedules:

Positions are available for Weekday work hours from 8 AM-4 PM , 4 PM-10:30 PM based on volume. 8 AM-4 PM, 4 PM-11:30 PM on Weekends. We are currently not open on Monday and Tuesdays.

*Full Time and Part Time available!

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Inspect, clean, and maintain food preparation areas, such as equipment, work surfaces, and serving areas to ensure safe and sanitary food-handling practices.
  • Washing and sanitizing dishes, stocking plate and glassware, emptying trash, breaking down boxes, and general utility around the restaurant.
  • Follow health standard practices with attention to detail and chemical usage according to health code.
  • Food Safety adherence with a clean well-groomed appearance, 100% glove usage, aprons s, head coverage, closed toe shoes, uniform apparel without frays or holes.
  • Stocking and maintaining sufficient levels of food products and plate ware at line stations and bar to support smooth service.
  • Opening the kitchen to ensure a clean and food safe environment is present at all times before opening the doors for business. Ensure readiness for volume before peak service through food preparation, par levels, line setup, teamwork, and stocking.
  • Closing the kitchen following developed checklists for kitchen stations by working efficiently as a team to ensure cleanliness.
  • Be flexible with your schedule to support the needs of the restaurant with a focus on punctuality and attitude.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
