Shenandoah Senior Living Community is Hiring a Nursing Home Administrator Near Shenandoah, PA

Shenandoah Senior Living Community seeking a Nursing Home Administrator NHA for our Skilled Nursing Facility in Shenandoah, PA!

The Nursing Home Administrator NHA is responsible for directing the day-to-day operations of the facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards governing long-term care facilities and to ensure that the highest degree of resident care and services are delivered and maintained. He/she will ensure all personnel are treated fairly and consistent with company policy and applicable laws

Responsibilities:

  • Oversight and management of all business related activity for this skilled nursing facility
  • Ensure company standard as high-quality provider through implementation and monitoring of quality systems and processes
  • Oversee Annual State Surveys
  • Financial management
  • Work collaboratively with physicians to implement appropriate healthcare programs
  • Maintain a clean environment to ensure patient safety
  • Establish and enforce healthcare policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Must be a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in good standing and/or meet all applicable federal and state licensure requirements
  • Previous experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital or long-term care facility
  • Covid Vaccine required unless an approved exemption is presented upon hiring
