As a Land Development Manager Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting our Grading Department. Some of your responsibilities will include assisiting with onbaording of new grading employees, weekly paycheck handouts and ordering approved supplies. You will also be responsible for tracking our equipment inventory as well as coordinating maintenance and renewals. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong bwillingness to help out.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist Grading Department managers with daily task and errands.

Assist with planning, coordinating, and oversight of entry monument construction within residential and commercial developments.

Assist Manager with project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion.

Work closely with municipalities to obtain necessary approvals for land development projects.

Record plats and other required documents with municipalities, ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Assist with project oversight from permit approvals through construction, recording plat, final certification and community turnover.

Work closely with the Area Construction Managers and Director of Construction to deliver completed, ready-to-build home sites.

Assist with HOA management including but not limited to quarterly meetings, budget analysis and improvements to the common open space.

Tracking construction inventory.

Work with all departments as needed to deliver amenity/recreation centers, common entry landscaping and ensure proper marketing window.

Requirements:

1 year experience in Land Development/Construction desired but not required

Ability to budget, bid, schedule, organize, plan, and help manage subcontractors

Ability to meet deadlines and perform duties with little supervision

Attention to detail

Strong communication skills

Valid drivers license is required
